During decommissioning as well as routine operation of nuclear power plants, extensive control and clearance measurements result in large numbers of wipe test samples every day. The second generation NuWIMP 60–100 was developed to process high volumes of wipe test in an efficiently, reliably, and economically matter.

This fully automated system from NUVIATech Instruments measures large quantities of wipe test samples without the need for continuous operator involvement. Samples are automatically positioned in front of the detector, measured and sorted based on the result.

The NuWIMP 60–100 ensures high sample throughput and consistent measurement quality. At the same time, it significantly reduces workload, during decommissioning projects and nuclear power plant operations.
