One Year of Solar Power

Our photovoltaic system on our NUVIA production building in Dülmen (Germany) has been in operation for one year. During this period, we have fed more electricity into the public grid than we have drawn from it.

To further increase our level of self-sufficiency, we plan to expand the existing system. In addition, a second system is planned on the roof of our warehouse. With this expansion, we will ensure that we can sustainably meet the growing energy demand – for example, through the rise of electromobility. We have also installed new charging stations for electric vehicles, which are already being used by our first employees.

These investments are part of our comprehensive program aimed at reducing CO₂ emissions by 40% by 2030 compared to the reference year 2018.
